Do you see the scanlines?

Try changing the zoom up/down until you start/stop seeing.

This page has a fine-mesh background (2×2px image on repeat). For some reason the monitor doesn't handle that well.

It's triggered (in my case) with a window size of 484×78px or greater at 100%.

If you take a screenshot and try zooming it in Paint, it's possible to trigger
the issue even if the squares of the background mesh become visible to the eye.

For some reason, these scanlines only appear outside of the browser's viewport. The 'soft' scanlines that appear in some colors above also appears when the 'hard' scanlines are not present. (Source)
